FAQs

We export fresh green ginger, split dry ginger, and ginger powder. We can also source ginger oleoresin and ginger oil through our processing partners.
Fresh ginger has a shelf life of 2 to 4 weeks under refrigeration at 10 – 13 degrees C. Dry ginger has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months when stored in cool, dry conditions.
Fresh ginger is packed in 10 kg or 20 kg mesh bags or cartons and transported in reefer containers. Dry ginger is packed in PP woven bags or jute bags of 25 – 50 kg.
We provide phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and fumigation certificates as required by the destination country. NABL-accredited laboratory test reports are available on request.
Our minimum order quantity is approximately 10 – 12 metric tons for fresh ginger. We can accommodate smaller quantities for dry ginger depending on availability.
Indian ginger is exported to the Middle East, the United Kingdom, European Union, Southeast Asia, and various African markets. Phytosanitary requirements vary by country.
