Tamarind

Tamarind is the dried fruit pulp of Tamarindus indica, valued for its sweet-sour acidity. It is a staple souring agent in South Asian, Middle Eastern, African, Southeast Asian and Latin American cooking, and a raw material for sauce, chutney, concentrate, confectionery and beverage manufacturers.

Geodhara International exports tamarind sourced through our supplier network in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, India's main tamarind-producing states. We supply seedless blocks, whole pods and seeded pulp, graded for moisture, seed content and foreign matter, and each lot is tested against your specification before dispatch.

Our target markets include Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK and Europe. For food manufacturers, spice traders, ethnic grocery suppliers and wholesale distributors there, we offer bulk supply, private-label packing and complete export documentation.
